Tech stack theo role

Frontend profile chọn FE + database optional; backend profile chọn BE + database optional; fullstack chọn đủ FE, BE và database. Sau đó platform tạo .pi/tech-stack.json và snapshot Context7 ngắn trong .pi/tech-context/*.
